Swimming up and down with no purpose can be very boring and_repetitive. This challenge is aimed at those who have a passion for swimming and are looking to improve their fitness! The challenge is to swim 5km (5000m) in under 1.40. Slowly build up your endurance and speed over time, below is a few common pool size conversions to get you on your way.
