Swimming is great exercise. This challenge is for those that have just started swimming or are getting back into swimming as part of an all round fitness regime or maybe getting ready for a Tri. You can use any stroke but should aim to complete the challenge within the allotted time
Swim 750 Meters Challenge rules
- Must be completed within 30 minutes
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“I have been doing 750m every time I go to gym for the last 3 weeks, and now able to do it in 30mins, which is an all time record for me. Im going to do it for the rest of this month, then next month take my fortnightly swim to 1000m. This was an awesome challenge”
