Contributorgold Catherine W This is my re-introduction to regular exercise. I have been dealing with a hamstring and unstable hip muscle issue for almost 2 years and I'm tired of it. I want to run again.
As I have told the many people who've asked me where to start when learning to run - I am going to walk. If you can't walk, why would you run? Day 1 is tomorrow morning at 5:30 am. :)

Tori S Take a walk Challenge

Contributorgold Tori S Rain stopped long enough for me to get out and actually take a lunch break. Of course eating during the webinar preceding the break is not a good habit to get into but first things first :}~ Got in just over a mile but better yet no phone calls, or people standing at my desk for 20 whole min!!!
