Bridget C Though I carry no blame or regret in my past, lately during some stressful times it has been easy to be passive and wish things were different, circumstances would change, people (me included) would be better but surprise, surprise nothing changed because I have not done anything differently. So from today I will change, I will create the life I want and get back to being in charge of what I do and how I react to things. My year will finish on a high and I will continue it into next year and get my family back into a better space, exciting :) :) Better log off and get going....
Give up on blame. Give up on your need to blame others for what you have or don’t have, for what you feel or don’t feel. Stop giving your powers away and start taking responsibility for your life, your health, your fitness program.

Ron W I see this as an ongoing thing, don't know if I'll ever 'complete' it, but I am going to keep checking in on this one (as well as some others) from time to time as a reminder.
Irene M I have been so angry that the prep room that is shared between science teachers was a mess. I finally took responsibility and cleaned it and now I feel so happy every time I walk in there : )

Kirstie M I can't tell you how true this is! It sounds like the most obvious thing in the world, but only when I realised that if I wanted to lose weight it was up to me to eat a bit less, and up to me to get off my fat bum and move around did I actually start to see any changes that lasted. I have lost (almost) 3 clothes sizes since then, and haven't looked back! I'm a much happier person now, and (I think!) a much nicer person to be around. Seize the day!
