Take the stairs every day for a month instead of an elevator. Challenge rules
- A minimum of 6 flights if going up a high-rise
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
“Having a dorm room on the 5th floor and a class on the 7th floor made my legs explode at least once a week. Otherwise I ran into no further complications.”

Following the completion of this challenge I did use a lift for H+s reasons, had no excuse either, I'm IOSH certified ;-)
