Taking the stairs instead of the elevator is a great way to build additional fitness training into a daily schedule. If you work in a high-rise, see how many flights you can take before having to use the elevator. Great for legs and glutes!

Following the completion of this challenge I did use a lift for H+s reasons, had no excuse either, I'm IOSH certified ;-)
