Taking the stairs instead of the elevator is a great way to build additional fitness training into a daily schedule. If you work in a high-rise, see how many flights you can take before having to use the elevator. Great for legs and glutes!

Bethany Megan W I start University again in 7 days and there are lots of big buildings and lots of stairs, I am often taking the lift to save time but this time stairs only!!
Not going to lie looking forward to this. I also live in flats with a lift I do use too... Might be challenging this one after a long day.
