Taking the stairs instead of the elevator is a great way to build additional fitness training into a daily schedule. If you work in a high-rise, see how many flights you can take before having to use the elevator. Great for legs and glutes!

**Take the stairs every day for a month instead of an elevator. Challenge rules**

- A minimum of 6 flights if going up a high-rise
