- Run off road
- The run should be at least 30 minutes, preferably longer
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Esti V Did my first trail run a few week back with Sportsbasement and Solomon....5km in 29.27min! Loved it!...Aiming for the 12km with their next event in January...

Katy D Odyssey Trail Running Rampage...up to 3 loops of great trail running and spectacular views, 2400ft elevation gain within the first 4 miles...since I am only "half" crazy, one loop was enough for me !

Katy D New River Trail is part of Virginia's "Rails to Trails" system. I planned to do 15 miles (out and back), but I realized at mile 8ish there is a trestle that spans the New River...I just had to cross it :)

Alex D 5k race last week in Hamstreet woods. Ground was hard but very rough, not so much running as leaping over the ruts in it! Great fun 34:20.
