As we have just finished another team challenge, and have a few more winding up, lets keep the momentum going. 15000 lunges on each leg done within the month of August. For clarity, only record a singular side-1 lunge on each leg, record that as one rep.The same setup as the others: Do your lunges, then add them in the format below.
Any type of lunge is acceptable, with or without weights.
