This a challenge for those who struggle a bit with push ups! It may not be many but for some of you out there it ten proper press ups is an achievements!

Mark H I started a variety of push up challenges in Feb and this one got side lined as I simply forgot about it but I started again essentially now it's yesterday that I started
Derek S Push ups have always sucked for me and I started struggling at 6 but kept with it and did it.

Candida B Very tentatively done...correct form- first push ups undertaken since major rotator cuff injury.. :P
Jess H I do ten but it is hard due to several shoulder dislocations throughout my life. I will be happy when I can breeze through ten then I will consider this challenge complete.
Jen S I can do 10 push ups with good form, but I won't press complete until they're perfect, all the way down until my chest skims the ground, all the way up slowly, elbows in...some days my muscles dislike that I'm a perfectionist haha

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
