Contributorsilver Jen S I can do 10 push ups with good form, but I won't press complete until they're perfect, all the way down until my chest skims the ground, all the way up slowly, elbows in...some days my muscles dislike that I'm a perfectionist haha

Jay J Ten push ups Challenge

Contributorgold Jay J my pole instructor forced me to do this sometime around xmas, as I could easily get 20+ on my knees. to my complete surprise, I can now do 10+ on my toes. YAY!!
