This a challenge for those who struggle a bit with push ups! It may not be many but for some of you out there it ten proper press ups is an achievements!

“I'm someone who struggels with pushups myself. As an 1,90 tall 14 y/o dude, bodyweight lifting exercises like this are hard for me. Also i had alot of problems with the proper technique. Even though I can do 16 right now, I keep thinking that im not doing something right”

Jay J my pole instructor forced me to do this sometime around xmas, as I could easily get 20+ on my knees. to my complete surprise, I can now do 10+ on my toes. YAY!!

Loni L Omg I thought I could handle 10 but I thought wrong I haven't done this since high school gym class lol it's a work in progress it'll become easier as long as I Keep it up right?? :))

Melissa S I started, got to 4, then my puppy came and stood under me so I had to start again haha. Got there the second time but I shake when I get closer to 10, will work on that!

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
