- Post a thank you message on the creator's profile
- Give a brief reason why you want to say thanks

Joanna G i just want to thank everyone who created challenges....(especially the abdominal ones and the thigh one, and the planter fascitis, oh and the running challenges, and the organized events, and the really hard ones like the core workout (which i've been procrastinating on), make user of the week, and the not so hard ones--like show us your tats, the t-shirt collection one...everyone who has helped me challenge myself--i can't just thank one...for the ones i have done and the ones i have yet to do and the ones i haven't i got to add...thank you for being creative and helping challenge my physical ability to the next level and for helping me believe in myself to accomplish it...thank you thank you my tribesports peeps!

Vaunette C Really enjoyed the Shutterbug challenge for a couple of reasons: it made me get my camera out and take photos every day and helped me slow down and be more aware of my surroundings.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
