The 20-20-5 Circuit

For the Intermediate Fitness level. 5 sets of 20+ push-ups, 20+ straight leg sit ups, and 5 alternating wide and close grip pull-ups. No more than 30 seconds rest between each exercise and set. For beginners, start at 10-10-3 or any other combo. For advanced...have fun, build your own. This series followed by a twenty minute run is good fun.

The 20-20-5 Circuit Challenge rules

  1. Straight Leg Sit ups are a must. Later you can alter.
  2. The less time between excercises the better.
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
