Brian K Those straight leg sit-ups were tough.
For the Intermediate Fitness level. 5 sets of 20+ push-ups, 20+ straight leg sit ups, and 5 alternating wide and close grip pull-ups. No more than 30 seconds rest between each exercise and set. For beginners, start at 10-10-3 or any other combo. For advanced...have fun, build your own. This series followed by a twenty minute run is good fun.
The 20-20-5 Circuit Challenge rules
- Straight Leg Sit ups are a must. Later you can alter.
- The less time between excercises the better.
