For the Intermediate Fitness level. 5 sets of 20+ push-ups, 20+ straight leg sit ups, and 5 alternating wide and close grip pull-ups. No more than 30 seconds rest between each exercise and set. For beginners, start at 10-10-3 or any other combo. For advanced...have fun, build your own. This series followed by a twenty minute run is good fun.

when doing this exercise after each 1 rest for ten secs then continue doing this will make your body work harder and keep your muscles under tention witch will make them become stronger and grow
