“This was torture for my thighs. I hated every second of it, but man I felt it! I initially couldn't lift my thighs up very high but by the last day it had gone up 1-2 inches higher from the ground and I was able to hold it till 50 secs without trembling. Even though I hate it I'll continue to do it until I love it and my legs are SUPER HIGH!”

Anna H 1/7 Ahh this old chestnut, it's like catching up with an old frenemy. A posture I need to work on, left calf is still cramping part way through.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
