“This was torture for my thighs. I hated every second of it, but man I felt it! I initially couldn't lift my thighs up very high but by the last day it had gone up 1-2 inches higher from the ground and I was able to hold it till 50 secs without trembling. Even though I hate it I'll continue to do it until I love it and my legs are SUPER HIGH!”

Addz S Done my last day today - interesting one as yoga is really not my thing, noticed an improvement in this over the week, although im not sure ill be doing it again in a hurry.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
