You see challenges such as no chocolate for a month, no alcohol for four weeks... well how about no fast food for a month! that includes McD, KFC, Burger King etc etc. thats all the food n drinks n includes salads that you may buy.
Are you able to say no to the call of cheap food? we eat enough at christmas, so this should help the health aswell :) are you up for the challenge?

Mark H I forgot I was doing this one, but I still haven't had any fast food though I was wondering the other day whether homemade pizza counted. Not that I had a chance to eat any as they disappeared faster than I could make them on the weekend

Mark H Strange I thought I'd already signed up for this challenge, so I guess not eating junk food for 24 days this month doesn't count or does it!!! Never mind the longer I stay away from these restaurants the better. You should include in the list doughnuts and tacos and probably a lot more. A real challenge would be to not eat fast food while those around you are indulging..

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
