You see challenges such as no chocolate for a month, no alcohol for four weeks... well how about no fast food for a month! that includes McD, KFC, Burger King etc etc. thats all the food n drinks n includes salads that you may buy.
Are you able to say no to the call of cheap food? we eat enough at christmas, so this should help the health aswell :) are you up for the challenge?

I would agree fast food salads do not have much in the way of nutrients. I would make your own or go to a place that allows you to create your own. One of our local markets has a healthy make your own bar.

Salad is salad - it is the freshness that counts.
fast food salads are so bland anyway!! yuck. I'd say if you need a quick fix salad, get one from the supermarket :)
I agree with Nathalie, for this particular challenge the rules are very clear, salads bought from any fast food restaurants are not allowed.
