Simple challenge this one. Wake up, pack some food and drink and whatever equipment you'll need and go outside until it's time to sleep (or sleep outside if you want!). Run, swim, cycle, walk - anything you want, just enjoy the great outdoors! Post of photo or two to share how you spent your day! ENJOY

Alan V Had a great outdoors weekend even though it rained a great part of it. Saturday spent at Westport lake then a drive to Peckforton hills, walked to the top in the rain just as daylight was starting to fade way. Today was spent at Tittersworth reservoir, a very rainy day but took the long walk, nice and steady to see the sights. First picture of Peckforton, the others were taken at Westport, a great place to see many birds. I visit there regularly.

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?
