Barry B I managed to get to 30 minutes last night but couldn't do any more!
A very easy challenge in theory but much more difficult in practice - the treadmill equivalent of the bleep test.
Available in either half-rack or full-rack measures.
The Full Rack
Start at 11.5km/h and every minute, increase the pace by 0.1km/h
The aim is to survive to 30 minutes or - if you get past this - to see how long you can last (at 30 minutes speed = 14.5km/h)
The Half Rack
As above, but start at 11km/h instead of 11.5km/h
