Contributorgold Victoria C I did this pose for the first time today after Zumba during our cool down. Took a few attempts to get it, especially when moving from the left leg to the right, but I got there in the end :-)

Jade A The Tree Challenge

Contributorsilver Jade A Did it on both legs, held for 12 breaths. The tree is a basic pose in yoga, the trick to keep your balance is to look at one spot in the room and just concentrate on it while taking your 12 breaths, coz once your eyes move, the mind/concentration gets distracted, and so your body will move, and that breaks the balance. Also, really press your right foot to your left leg, and the other way around. :)
