touch your forehead to your knees Challenge rules
- stand straight
- slowly bend down n try to touch your forehead to your knees
- hold on in this position for 1 min for 30 days
- spine patients please don't try this exercise

Maria B Without previous warmup I did it with slightly bent knees. Try it again when I´m warmed up. I know I used to be able to to this.
Victoria C I managed this for the first time today although my knees were slightly bent. Next step....straight legs :-)
Bob A Tried it this morning during my morning Yoga routine. Could only touch my knees for about 5-10secs. Will start counting when I can do 60 secs straight :-). (2 yrs ago I couldn't anywhere near the ground with my hands, straight legged).

Joseph M It was the 30 days made me quit this! I’m not great on long challenges, if I was told to breathe for 30 days I’d probably die from lack of oxygen half way through. Best of luck to all you stronger folks! Great challenge Tanvi!
