  1. stand straight
  2. slowly bend down n try to touch your forehead to your knees
  3. hold on in this position for 1 min for 30 days
  4. spine patients please don't try this exercise
  5. if you are suffering from any back pain or spine injury please consult your physio before performing this exercise

Still 2 weeks to go...however a min a day doesn't look enough. Does it?


Idk, a min seems like a while when your head is upsides down.

I wonder how over 400 people did it! ;) It doesn't look achievable by 1min per day/ 30min total. I would say be patient and hit the complete when you can go all the way down. For me, probably it will take a year or to two as I am not that flexible.
