Training Hard? Working Hard? Playing Hard?
So here's a challenge that all sportspeople could benefit from on occasion. A really good night's sleep.
You'll know the best way to ensure that you are able to sleep - chances are if you're training regularly that shouldn't be a problem. But still making a priority to avoid distractions and hit the pillow early is surprisingly challenging these days.
Treat yourself to a good night's sleep! Challenge rules
- Try to add an hour to your minimum daily average night's sleep or let nature wake you up
- Disconnect anything that could disturb you - phones, alarm clocks etc.
- Mark the challenge complete if, by lunchtime, you are feeling the rewards of nature's true restorative!
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Shelia B I slept really good last night the best night in awhile. I'm working so hard that I'm wearing myself out now. I fell a sleep on the couch watching TV.

Aija M Doing this already 2 days.. I've been sleeping ~9 hours which is much for me. Usually I'm sleeping not more than 7-8 hours & if I sleep more I feel overslept & guilty about it. :D
Marco C I slept for almost 10 hours last night. I still feel a normal soreness from yesterday's training but other than that I feel great!
Pepper P Finally, I've made it! I slept for 10 hours last night, woke up once, around 3 a.m. but fell asleep again. I am feeling fine :).
Jenny W Don't know if it counts as others idea of a good nights sleep but I got from 10pm until 3am when littlest woke for a feed. which is more than I've had in over 7 months! Complete?

Jenny W Still have yet to get a whole nights sleep due to Hazel still not sleeping right through, and to top it off I now seem to have a bout of insomnia, 2am I finally got some shut eye yesterday only for little one to wake me up at 4am!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
