Mark H Normally this is just not for me, I just don't need massive amounts of sleep, I'm not saying that I can't lie in bed till late, but if I get up later my body clock begins to readjust so that I don't feel sleepy till later. About six hours is a good nights sleep for me, more than 7 is decadence, 5.5 is fairly normal. This week I have been getting between 6 and 7 with the occasional nap, but that's due to a cold I've been suffering from. However, lots of sleep this week means I'm feeling well rested though not much healthier this weekend
