So here's a challenge that all sportspeople could benefit from on occasion. A really good night's sleep.
You'll know the best way to ensure that you are able to sleep - chances are if you're training regularly that shouldn't be a problem. But still making a priority to avoid distractions and hit the pillow early is surprisingly challenging these days.

“Actually did this over the week-end, Sat & Sun, made myself stay in bed after I woke up and dozed for another hour or two both days, felt really good, maybe too good... I think I may have over did it on the golf swings on Sunday. (sore today!) :-) Am making an effort to get into a better routine and get better sleep habits.”

It doesn't say anything about it in the rules. I wouldn't think it would be.
Emily M I've had problems sleeping as long as I can remember.. Sadly, (at least for me) it's not something you ever really get used to
