Treat yourself to a good night's sleep!

Training Hard? Working Hard? Playing Hard?

So here's a challenge that all sportspeople could benefit from on occasion. A really good night's sleep.

You'll know the best way to ensure that you are able to sleep - chances are if you're training regularly that shouldn't be a problem. But still making a priority to avoid distractions and hit the pillow early is surprisingly challenging these days.

Treat yourself to a good night's sleep! Challenge rules

  1. Try to add an hour to your minimum daily average night's sleep or let nature wake you up
  2. Disconnect anything that could disturb you - phones, alarm clocks etc.
  3. Mark the challenge complete if, by lunchtime, you are feeling the rewards of nature's true restorative!
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

“Actually did this over the week-end, Sat & Sun, made myself stay in bed after I woke up and dozed for another hour or two both days, felt really good, maybe too good... I think I may have over did it on the golf swings on Sunday. (sore today!) :-) Am making an effort to get into a better routine and get better sleep habits.”
