Roeland V Bench = 75, squat = 90, dead lift = 75. Careful with the dead lift. It's a good way to hurt yourself.

Andrew M Interesting challenge. 75kg is about the limit of what I can bench press right now. I think I could probably do the squat, but not sure about the dead-lift, and three reps of each within 10 minutes is a good target.
