It's easy to slip into the same routine - hockey training on a Tuesday, match at the weekend. Gym on Thursday if you can face it. Maybe - just maybe, a jog round the common on Monday night.
But there are so many sports out there! Why not take this challenge and try a sport you've never done before. Maybe you have considered it before, maybe you've just discovered it. Either way, get yourself out there and try a sport you've never done before - you never know - you might become hooked!

Kristin B Tried indoor wall climbing yesterday. What a good time:) Love it. I was not great and scared, but enjoyed it. To top it off I did it alone. (other than the people in the how-to class)

Alvin R Did HIIT training at a local gym to get out of my usual routine of outdoor runs and weight lifting. Total new experience and absolutely worth the effort since the after-burn effect helps to get rid of excess fats, and best of all it takes only 20mins! Flexible timing to slot into anyone's schedule!

Roëlle V This challenge has proven to be way more difficult then I thought. I looked up all of the courses my gym offers and I have had some experience with all of the sports or I can't do the sport because of injuries. I have decided to take a Kickbox class, even though I sometimes use kickboxing in my routine I have never actually taken some classes. Does this count?
Kirsten M My oldest challenge finally completed and that was taking part in a Triathlon yesterday the Ben Ledi Team triathlon - so tired - so sore - so much fun!
Cathy C I went to a Yoga/Pilates fusion class. I'm not sure if it counts as a sport, but it definitely exercised by core.
Gini B Scuba diving - Open Water Diver qualifying dives this weekend - BIG deal for me as I have a fear of all water dwelling creatures, joined a team on the softball league (we lost, but better luck next year!). Entered the OMM...EEEEEEKKKK
Lavinia I Climbing and then MMA (kickboxing + Muay Thai) the next day. Took some time (and an own goal in football :)) to realize I had overdone it by a little bit.
