Sit-ups: 2:00 minutes - 59
Pull-ups without touching floor - 6
2 Mile Run - 15:12
5 Mile Run - 40:00
16 mile march carrying 30kg of gear - 5 hours 20 minutes
15 meter swim in full gear (or carrying 30kg weight) - (Pass or Fail)
