The USMC Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is a bi-annual evaluation of a marines fitness.
There are 3 events to be completed in order to pass the test.
Dead hang pull-ups, as many as poss. completed without dropping from the bar (minimum of 3)
Crunches in a 2 minute limit (at least 50, age 17-26, at least 45, age 26-45, at least 40, age 45+)
3 Mile run - to be completed in 28, 29, 20 and 33 mins in each respective age group.
