Do 10 v-sits, on the 10th, hold for 10seconds in pike (balancing on your bum)
Continue without resting to do: 8 hold for 8, 6 hold for 6, 4 hold for 4, 2 hold for 2
If this is really easy, try going back up to 10 without resting.
