“as I only have 30 mins lunch break I could not do this challenge on lunch break time but did it since 21 oct walking my mother in laws dog 30-45 mins each morning so hope that counts:)”

Denise A I have been walking 15 to 20 minutes everyday. I try to push myself a little more every day.
