Dorcas H I'm another 'wall squatter while doing my teeth' person. It's an electric toothbrush ... so I can do the two minutes easily enough now. Last night was my PB (how many people can achieve one of those in a bathroom?!) of 2:15. Three minutes here I come!!
Build up your wall squat strength and endurance by upping the frequency you perform this isometric move. Try and hold a wall squat past the three minute mark every day for 7 consecutive days.

“The first couple days I slid down wall after 3 minutes. By the end of week I was like 'was it 3 minutes already?' lol Now I do 2 minutes twice a day while brushing my teeth.”

Mikael K 3/7, absolutely shaking by 3:25. Not surprised given I went running in the morning and played badminton in the evening.
Mikael K Day 1/7 of challenge, hit 3:20 no problem. Looking to hit 5 minutes in the next two weeks or so.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
