Dorcas H I'm another 'wall squatter while doing my teeth' person. It's an electric toothbrush ... so I can do the two minutes easily enough now. Last night was my PB (how many people can achieve one of those in a bathroom?!) of 2:15. Three minutes here I come!!
Mikael K Day 5/7, 4:05
Mikael K 3/7, absolutely shaking by 3:25. Not surprised given I went running in the morning and played badminton in the evening.
Sherry G Completed first day of 3min wall squat. Legs are burning!
Mikael K Day 1/7 of challenge, hit 3:20 no problem. Looking to hit 5 minutes in the next two weeks or so.

3 minutes?! This is crazy, been training for a week and has improved from 40 seconds to 1 minute. My thighs are no longer mine.
Logan C Tooka while for me to start this but going well. three minutes is super hard.

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?

3/7 managed 3:18.6 and felt strong so could have probably done longer, except I was beginning to wear through my tooth enamel and I desperately needed to spit!
