Its Simple. Your Body is made up of 75% Water so why not fill up your body with the best liquid it needs for survival. Drink 6-8 Litres of water for 2 Days. Caution the scale will go up for this time but no fear. After this cleanse you will be less sensitive for water retention (bloat) and you may even lose weight. Rita M Hmm...this is probably a good one for me right now. Glad it's only a 2 day one, though...I don't know that even *I* (the water queen) could do this for more than 2 days in a row! haha
Rose K This could be interesting. I am going to do this tomorrow and Friday - not sure how much work I will get done as I can imagine I will need to pee! Interesting how this goes!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
