Russ B We were walking through a long glade in the local woods yesterday. Talking about a book I've been reading recently ("The Valley of Horses") and speaking to the boys to imagine we were stone age hunters, when we turn around a clump of bushes to find these horses. Not strictly "wild" but they are left to their own devices here to graze the vegetation. Look of wonder on youngest son's face = priceless :)
Take your camera or phone with you and see if you can find an interesting wildlife shot on one of your runs/walks/workout sessions and post a pic :)

“It was lovely looking at some of these beautiful photos. I'm glad I was not one of those who encounterd a snake. Beautiful yes, but it would have sent me speeding away in the opposite direction. That's one way of increasing my running speed, I suppose! ;-)”
