Amy L I wanted to run a 5k last weekend in under 30. Instead our whole family (including our 4 & 5 year olds). Ran a family mile. I consider it a win though not technically. Maybe a draw?
Brian S I am competing in the Spartan Race's, Spartan Beast this September. This race attracts some of the best obstacle course racers around. I'd like to finish in the top 20% of the racers.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
