Start out on all 4s with your hands under the shoulders and the knees under the hips - cinch your belly all the way around your waist - maintain the length and natural curve to the spine as you reach your lef tleg back and your right arm forward - keep both parallel tot he ground - lift the inner thigh to internally rotate your back leg. take 5 breaths and switch sides.
