That's fantastic Steve, well done! A good start to the challenge will definitely help.  I can remember last year having to do a 60min row on Christmas Eve to get me over the line.  I'd rather not have to do the same again this year...

I have a Forerunner 110 Phil, and have just synced tonight through Garmin Express on Mac with no problem on new version of Garmin Connect. Not much help I know, but the apps and site seem fine.

Ach, that's fine, I'm aiming for sub-20. ;) No idea if that's realistic, but my PB is currently 22:21 and that's on 75km total running in a decade.  I'll start with sub-22, though... :)
