Hmm, haven't spotted this new range before, thanks for bringing it to my attention.  I tend to make a big pot of soup at home at the weekend and then freeze and use it during the working week for lunches.

Brown rice is definitely nutritionally superior to white rice, but when it comes to pasta I'm like you and not convinced there's any substantial benefits or nutritional difference (except the taste and texture are worse)!
