1 Banana 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats 1 Tbsp. Strawberry jam Your choice of Milk Process everything in a blender. Add enough milk to bring the smoothie to your desired consistency.

2 Bananas 1 Scoop Chocolate Vega One 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter 1 - 1 1/2 Cups Soy Milk Whirl everything in the Vitamix until smooth.  Note: it's a monster and it's not low cal so basically this is a meal, not a snack.

I've just moved to Durban from New Zealand and loving it so far! Just did a road trip from Durban to Cape Town and back - there's so much to see and do! Love the ocean, Love the outdoors - SA is the place to be!
