Best rope for skipping

There are a lot of variations in jump ropes. Leather, cable, nylon, rope. Weighted handles or unweighted. What's best? Any favourites out they're?

A weighted rope is by no means essential, there's unlimited variations of what you can do with a rope. Heavy ropes just make whatever you're doing that bit harder, and probably slower. i love heavy ropes though ;)

I'm new to adventure racing I'm doing my first 10k obstacle course in August, it sounds pretty tame compared to what you guys are doing. I can wait though I'm excited to do it and hopefully this will be the start of many!

It is very much linked to your menstraul cycle Lindsey. but not to worry your not alone we all have a few days a month where all your body wants is what isnt good for it. but as long as you do it in moderation then there isnt much harm in it.
