I am a birdwatcher and always notice the birds on my run. Today on a trail run I saw Blacksmith Plovers, lots of longtail widows, egyptian geese and weavers.

Im a big fan of carbs the night before an event or big run, with a sports drink an hour before the run. Its a simple plan which seems to work a treat.

nice review - I have a pair, done about 300 miles in them and they are as good as new (without the monkey grip) and i havent found anything yet more enjoyable to run in.

Dont forget to tally up the minutes you plank for between midnight (friday) and midnight (saturday) lets see if together we can get a record going.

My completed tally as im not going to plank again tonight is a total of 1 hour 30 mins during the past 23 hours. compising of standard plank on elbows, standard plank on hands, side plank both sides. You are a machine! Way to go!!!
