I like to do my interval and tempo training on the treadmill any generally put in 2or 3 sessions a week, I feel that it keeps me honest and leaves my long essay funds free for enjoyment

You are completely right. That posture is horrible. So many people have no idea how to work out the abs. And she is not pulling the ribs towards in which will make work all the core.
