Actually, if you stop eating meat, it ends up tasting pretty shitty when you go to eat it again.  I love the idea of a thick juicy steak, hamburger, or fried chicken. But if I go to eat it, it tastes like crap. The dirty secret nobody wants to talk about it...

I have the understanding that it is best to challenge the same muscle groups every other day, leaving a day's rest in between for the muscle fibres to heal, yet many of the challenges that I love are focused towards training the same muscle groups every day...

I agree with you so I avoid challenges that focus on the same thing everyday since doing the same thing everyday for a month is counterproductive anyway. I try to make my challenges work in a three day a week sort of scheme or open ended for just that reaso...
