My opinion would be for you to log in under "general yoga"  in the training sessions. To me , mediation, silence and is all under the "general yoga". And also what Kevin says you each day you can log 1/7 2/7 and so on until you week or month is up. On my ch...

Black Toenails / Blood Under Nails

Question • 2 answers

Everytime I up my mileage I seem to end up with the above....is this my running style? poor shoes? I started running again in July and did 55K in first month....last month did 100K and on target for 120K this month...and last few days the black/bloody nail...

I agree shoes are the primary issue here. When you get fit for a shoe make sure you are getting one with enough room in the toe box for your toes to have some "wiggle" room. This is especially inportant when you are talking long miles as you mentioned above...

Additional exercises would be cool, like pull ups, but whatever is easiest. This challenge went pretty fast so more reps would be cool too. But again whatever is easiest. Either way keep the burpees. They're the hardest and best exercise and obviously is no...

Runners question!!

Question • 12 answers

I don't know if this is the place to post this. I'm in some running tribes, or a running tribe, but this is the only tribe I feel "at home" in, so I'd rather ask here. :)) What is the best way to build endurance? I can run long distances without stopping,...

My speed gradually got faster when I started to enjoy running and ran more frequently.  I never really looked at time, but more the distance, and increased my distances then when I tapered down to shorter distances I found that my 5k time dropped 3-4 minute...

should exercise be a fight or a pleasure ?????

Question • 3 answers

a provocative question to find out where the Middle line exists between fighting to get fit and living in the comfort zone

Newest answer

Pleasure levels are plenty fine enough for health benefits, but if you want to be competitive in any way you will have to cross over into the fight arena. I stick with pleasure, it makes for a long term realistic fitness level.

It takes practice. You can challenge yourself by doing it as perfect as possible 1 rep whenever you can. Then add another here and there. Instead of the 30 day challenge, why dont you go for a shorter time frame one like http://tribesports.com/challenges/10...

Why Don't we Include the Barbell Weight?

Question • 8 answers

Sorry for asking, it's just my barbell weighs 20kg and seen as I myself am only 54kg the barbell itself is over a third of my weight.

Newest answer

Beryllium would work, but even a simple bar would probably cost $25,000!
