Can we alter the chart a bit on our own?

I know we should be following the chart, but some people can do more than 20 Secs of Planking. Is it okay to go beyond what is given? For example today I went 1 minute and 5 seconds, and would it be okay to say, rest for x number of minutes and do it again...

The chart is the challenge, you can allways do more, but you've got to be busy for 30 days :-)

My tip for today is enjoy your surroundings when you run. I absolutely love the country. Lately I've been watching a group of deer in the same spot twice, and it's really cool.

Should the girls quit as we lost?

I really think the boys should complete the challenge as they won and we (girls) should quit as we lost. Might give more motivation . And that's what races are all about....aren't they?

It's 1-1 between the boys and girls and all takers to date will probably have completed, maybe the decider should be an on a win or quit basis, it depends upon whether the winning is more important than the taking part. I will go with whatever the challenge...
