How about treadmill?

Question • 3 answers

It says "All kms logged on road, track, trail or cross country count" but does not mention treadmill.  I do both and log them under running.  If treadmill is excluded, will the system not count all km automatically as it's logged under "Running"?

Newest answer

Gerry @gerryf:  with the new system everying logged as "Running" is counted towards the challenge.  I do a combination of outdoors & treadmill, however, your challenge stipulates "All kms logged on road, track, trail or cross country count".  What shall I d...

How can I log my squats in this particular challenge?

Question • 5 answers

I feel really stupid, but when I log my squats like I used to via the +add a training session -button, it doesn't log my squats in this challenge. In stead it says: logged aggainst multiple challenges. I find this kinda annoying, since I can't keep track of...

Newest answer

Personally I open the challenge. Then use the add training button on the right side of the screen. I also add a comment in the challenge screen counting the days. Eg 1/7 2/7 etc.

CLARIFICATION

Nah, I understand how confusing it is at the moment with some new challenges acting differently to old one's and single training sessions appearing across a multitude of challenges, but not actually updating totals etc :))

Can I interrupt the program for a week and the continue?

Question • 6 answers

The reason why I ask is that between now and the end of the year there will not be a month when I am not travelling and when I am away I will have no access to a gym which for this challenge is a must.  Really appreciate your feedback.

Newest answer

I have yet to hit complete, but think it is a fabulous plan. Not sure I will ever hit complete as my joints can't handle all of the days. Still won't stop me from using the program:) Go get 'em Loretta. If I could do a pull up, you most surely can:)))
