It is a 30 day challenge and I would say that's when it is complete. If at the end you are not able to touch to forehead to your knees, it is up to you to continue.  If you achieve this pose earlier, enjoy the rest of the challenge perfecting it.

Will park run be counted

Just wondering if the park run will also be counted towards this challenge? Park runs are organised runs.

I would suggest dropping a line to the creator of this challenge, so they can answer. Is a Park run a race whcih is stated in the rules, just a thought, thats all.

Yes Kristin, like Mirja said, Hammer Curls are meant to work mainly the Biceps. So bring on those to the Band of the Hand! ;)

It's psychological with me.  No matter how much I wee before a race/run, I always need to go once I start and up until about 3k.  Then it passes.

@ weeks ago i decided to stop drinking pop, coffee, energy drinks and alcohol but this past week i have headaches that come and go and was told it was because of the lack of caffeine. Could this be true?

i've never been able to cut things down gradually, i have to do it cold turkey or it creeps back into my life. I haven't had a headache since asking this question so i hope the worst is over now.

Yes I do. If I´m not eating food right after training or if I can´t wait for my next meal anytime  ;) I have some whey protein shake or a bar. Easy and if I´m in the risk of eating to little, at least I don´t want it to be my beloved protein :D

Help - how to improve comfort on spinning bicycle?

Just started cycling on indoor spinning bike, did 31km today and can feel it !?! Been recommended cycling shorts (must), adding a gel bike cover, asos cream and a silk sock? Anyone use these it got any other tips? Thanks for help

A good pair of cycling shorts is the best investment (with a gel pad in them not a thin chamios) other than that you have to get used to it. And make sure the seat isn't too high, if it's too high and you're too far forward you will have pain too.
