It takes practice. You can challenge yourself by doing it as perfect as possible 1 rep whenever you can. Then add another here and there. Instead of the 30 day challenge, why dont you go for a shorter time frame one like http://tribesports.com/challenges/10...

Why Don't we Include the Barbell Weight?

Can we alter the chart a bit on our own?

The chart is the challenge, you can allways do more, but you've got to be busy for 30 days :-)

Should the girls quit as we lost?

It's 1-1 between the boys and girls and all takers to date will probably have completed, maybe the decider should be an on a win or quit basis, it depends upon whether the winning is more important than the taking part. I will go with whatever the challenge...
