I am asking because I would have to shower, dry hair, get dressed and then complete run and cycle. If I turn it around, the transition would be so much quicker.

Does anyone have good example of solo Krav drills you perform? Do you have a routine you would like to share that incorporates Krav specific movements and stress? Take the time to share if you can at least 1 solo drill to your fellow tribe members!
I believe those are called sideway scissors and TS does not have it listed under the exercise drop down box. They had previoulsy suggested that you log as scissor kicks.
