Does anyone have suggestions for Apple Cider Vinegar use in healthy cooking?
I either do straight shots of about 3 tablespoons, or I mix 3 tablespoons into a bit of hot water with honey and drink it like tea. To have any health benifits make sure that it includes "the mother" I only by Braggs :)

I've been trying to do this for a while, but can never get my lazy bum out of bed. Any suggestions for motivations/good ways to force yourself up? I know I'd feel so much better for getting up and going!
I put the alarm clock down stairs so I have to get out of bed and go down the stair to turn it off. Too tired to go back up the stairs to go back to bed so I start my day.

If your left and right side movements are separate, like mountain climbers, lunges, leg lifts, Russian Twists, etc., you need to do each side once to count as 1 rep. Count as left/right 1, left/right 2, left/right 3, and so on.

I think that will take at least another 2-3 months after all the other exercises will have been complete.
I had noticed that too. Seems to be the one collecting the slowest. Last time it came down to burpees, this time it'll come down to distance if it really is 20,000km!
