Different folks, different strokes. I don't think you can tell me what works and what doesn't. The guide actually is for crunches, not whether or not you do them. There's a presupposition that the person who comes here naturally will be one who's doing crunches. Thanks for the "encouragement" anyway.
Nyaay! (I sounded like a troll) forgive me, just wanted to make conversation.. hehehe.. though there are studies truly that crunches tend not to really work with regards to ab work outs.. its true! I'm not lying, its really a sounded good, I think I remember it from Tony Horton or someone.. anyway... you don't need them crunches :) you still look great without them.
