Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Smoothie!

  • 400ml milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (preferably Skippy, not the best for you but it tastes AWESOME)
  • big handfull of blueberries

Great for after a workout or a light breakfast alternative!

oooo, nice. I can try this out, but with a Chocolate flavoured protein powder :O

I do about the same thing, but I add a couple cherries instead of blueberries and some lite chocolate syrup. Yummy!

Thanks, going to try. I'ld add blueberries every day and make it a work but they are out of season and we don't have a freezer for the frozen ones :(
