Start off by cutting your portions in half and more exercise to your daily rountine

I have started eating healthy and eating 6 small meals to full fill this goal. Lots of water and fruits and veggies peas and ground provisions lots of protein and protein shakes and exercising alot going to add walking soon

I started running this year and have lost 25lbs (about 11.5kg) since Janurary. I recommend running.  I still have more to go and would like to lose another jeans size :).
