Pre-Workout Burst

Burst through your workout with the power of fresh juice! I've been taking this tonic an hour before my workouts for the past month and have seen major improvements as far as energy and endurance is concerned. 1 cup of grapes,

6 carrots,

1 beet,

1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne


Using a juicer, process the beet, grapes, and carrots. Whisk in the cayenne pepper. Pour into a beautiful glass and enjoy!
