Protein Fluff

A good pudding for when you are bored of just downing a protein shake and want something a bit more interesting and filling, but with a similar nutritional content.

Ingredients

  • 30g Protein powder, some sort of berry flavour, vanilla or white chocolate would do.
  • 100g Thawed berrys, 
  • 100ml semi skimmed milk
  1. Mash up or blend the berrys,
  2. Add protein powder
  3. Add milk
  4. Use a mixer on a high speed to whip up mixture
  5. After about 10 minutes it should be fluffy and thick like angel delight.
