Smooth Digest

Indigestion can be quite a pain! No worries though, this delicious juice is here to help. All of the ingredients in this tasty tonic will help turn any indigestion into smooth digestion. Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain which helps digest protein. Ginger aids digestion,soothes the stomach and helps with nausea. Clove stimulates digestion,relieves gas and nausea and the oranges are a great source of soluble fiber that helps regulate blood sugar and lower cholesterol. 

Recipe:

  • 1/2 pineapple (peeled)
  • 1/4 tsp ground clove
  • 4 oranges
  • 1-2 in. ginger

Directions: Using a juicer, process the pineapple, ginger and oranges. Whisk in the clove. Pour into a beautiful glass and enjoy!
