How much does it cost to use Tribesports.com?

Nothing, Tribesports is entirely free! We will never charge you for using our service.


What is the Tribesports Kickstarter campaign?

Tribesports is working towards the release of a new sportswear range which aims to give you top-quality technical sportswear at a price that won’t make you sweat. Go to the Kickstarter campaign to learn more.


I can’t sign into my account. What should I do?

First, please try to reset your password on this page. You will be sent an email to access the reset password page – be sure to check your Spam folder if you can’t find it and move it into your inbox to reset the password. Contact us at team@tribesports.com if you can’t still log in.


What are the leaderboard, medals and levels?

  • The leaderboard is all about a little friendly competition! Ranking your activity on Tribesports against other users. We’re constantly developing the system so that constructive, helpful activity is rewarded with points to boost you up the leaderboard.

  • Leaderboard positions come and go - but your level on Tribesports is like a Karate or Taekwondo belt - you’ll earn new levels through activity level on site, and like a belt - you never lose it or go backwards.

  • Medals reward you for specific action on site - whether it’s your interaction in questions and discussions, founding a popular Tribe or logging all your training data. Your medals will appear on your profile for anyone to see.

All Tribesports rewards are designed to encourage you to use Tribesports to get yourself and others more active. We actively discourage people from performing activities with the sole purpose of climbing the leaderboard or earning medals.


How do I change my background photo or profile picture?

You can change the background photo on your Tribesports profile by hovering the cursor beneath your profile picture and selecting Edit Background. You can then upload an image and adjust how it will be cropped in the ‘Preview’ option.

If you connected your Facebook account, then you probably have your Facebook photo set as your Tribesports profile pic - but really an awesome sports picture would be better! You can change your profile picture by following this link when logged in and select change photo


How do I unfollow or block someone on Tribesports?

To un-follow someone:

  • Go on the user’s profile.
  • Clicking on the “FOLLOWING” button will make you unfollow the user.

You can block people from seeing your activity updates by going here and clicking manage followers. On this page you can then choose to block certain people you choose. They do not get an alert or anything, so it is very inconspicuous.


How do I delete a Challenge I’ve completed by mistake?

If you’ve pressed ‘Complete’ by accident on a Challenge, follow these steps to delete it:

  • Go on your profile
  • Click on ‘View all achievements’
  • Click on the achievement you wish to remove
  • On the left hand side of the screen, select ‘Delete achievement’

You can link your Twitter or Facebook account by going on the sharing page.

You have full control of what activity is shared on your Twitter or Facebook - simply set your preferences on the sharing page.


How do I manage the emails that I receive from Tribesports?

To manage the types of emails that you want to receive from us: * Click on “My account” link. * Click on **notifications**. * Choose the types of emails that you would like to receive, and then click “save settings”.


How to change my privacy settings?

  • Click on my account.
  • Click on the sixth tab named “Privacy”
  • Select who can see your activity.
  • Click on “save settings”.

How do I report abuse?

The Tribesports community is a friendly and encouraging place, if you find there is activity on site which is abusive, you can report it through “My account”: click on Report Abuse and we will respond as soon as possible to your complaint.


How can I delete my account?

Sorry to hear that! You can deactivate your account here or email team@tribesports.com with any of your queries regarding activating or deactivating your account.
