Steve is a serial marathon runner, ultra marathon and Ironman competitor and is the power-house behind Tribesports. Team captain to a hard-working, ambitious, sports-mad team. Currently principally working as Chief Scout, developing product features and partnerships to find new users, as well as to find new staff at Tribesports. Currently working on these Challenges:

Andrew McDonough, Chief Technology Officer & Co-founder

Andrew, a cup-winning squash player, has three generations Irish International sportspeople in his family and has an MA in Computer Science from Cambridge University. He’s now a senior software developer with 10 years professional experience, currently specialising in Ruby on Rails. He recently took up running because of Tribesports and ran 1000km last year in his first year as a runner.

Jenna Anians, Commercial Director & Co-founder

A big fan of all things competitive, Jenna is a keen Lacrosse player and is planning to use Tribesports to help her improve her running skills. Jenna’s mission is to get Tribesports on the map; working with great brands, exciting integrated partnerships and hunting out sports-loving users to grow the Tribe empire - have you got a great idea for how your company could work with Tribesports? David, a one-time league standard fast bowler, is an internet veteran of over 12 years and has a geek-like passion for digital and new media.

Rose Kingscote, Junior Business Development Manager

Rose has a background in fashion and brings a touch of style to the Tribesports team. Rose is a former high level equestrian rider and a keen cyclist - having cycled London to Paris - and is now branching out her sports repertoire!

Priya Shah, Partnerships and Business Development

Priya loves to ski, gaining her instructor qualification in Whistler. She is now taking her adrenaline levels to new heights by kitesurfing and speedflying. When she isn’t throwing herself off cliffs at 70mph, Priya will be seeking out exciting partnerships to develop the business.

Simon Coffey, Software Developer

Simon used to climb a lot, plays cricket and squash regularly, and is shockingly good at holding the plank. He also claims to have once been able to do 21 chin ups. He is a software developer with us at Tribesports.

Joe Corcoran, Software Developer

Joe is a footballer, former triple jumper and has recently started dipping into new sports. You can find him running and cycling around North London.

Julien Tollie, Product Analyst

A sports noob, he is trying get out running more and get involved in the Tribesports team in their sports adventures and one day he even promised to do an Ironman! Julien is currently going through some hardcore weights training with the help of office muscle-man Adrian.

Despite his best efforts, Sean has shocked everyone by how rubbish he is at Ping Pong. However, he DID come second in shuttlecock kicking (a competitive sport in the far far east), and he DID win the pizza eating championship in 1998 by stuffing a whopping 17 slices. Beside these astonishing achievements, he is also keen in marathons, hiking and intends to run in every country he is visiting.

Caroline Rennie, Content Manager
Fresh from a year sailing in the Ionian islands, Cags creates quality content and manages community aspects of the site. Often can be found interviewing sports people and trying new sports to write about. Every team needs a keeper - and as a former hockey goalkeeper, Cags fits the bill.

Adrian Kastelic, Digital Partnerships and Business and Marketing Assistant

Adrian is a big fan of all kinds of sports but highlights include snowboarding, playing football and throwing barbells around the weight room, as well as recording the occasion via the latest equipment, cameras and mobile apps.

Valentina Gheormescu, Management Accountant

Valentina has a passion for working with data to provide business insight, which she pursues by looking after the company’s accounts and working with the data team. She enjoys swimming, and she is planning to be more active and do more sports, with the help of Tribesports Challenges.

Joana Figueiredo, Data Analyst

Joana was a ping-pong player and contemporary dancer when she was young. She tried to join a gym on several occasions but could only do it for a maximum of two months. Now with the help of Tribesports, she is more active and feels healthier. She loves traveling and for her that is the most complete sport - it exercises the mind, as well as the body!

Jack Atkinson, Social Media Assistant
Jack is our Social Media ninja and can often be found climbing, running, cycling or CrossFit training. He ran the Rome marathon last year and foolishly promised to one day do an ultra-marathon. He also never stops eating!
