Nothing, You're just not used to it. Lay down with some ice on them tonight for 20 minutes and youll feel much better tommrow. You can also try stretching them a bit tomorrow.

Maybe choose some challenges that don't have as many reps or are for fewer days to start out.  If you get too sore and hurt yourself right in the beginning, you might not feel like continuing along the path you've set for yourself.  The goal is to enjoy your workouts.  Some discomfort is good, but you don't want to be so sore that you can't move or you find it difficult to do your daily activities without feeling the aches and pains!  I love trying the single-time challenges that you do once, or the week-long challenges.  It gives you more variety from day to day and doesn't over-use the same muscles (that aren't used to it), possibly creating muscle imbalances.  Once you get stronger, then start adding the longer or more difficult challenges.  Adding to Colleen's suggestion, stretching is SO important!!  Do make sure to stretch after exercising, as it will help prevent injuries.  If you like baths, epsom salts are great for the muscles...and make sure to drink plenty of water!!  Good luck!!  :-)

Fish Oil supplements are a good anti-inflammatory. Take them after your workout.
