Anyone have any tips for post pregnancy fitness?

Lots of time in the pool, swimming, aquarunning, aqua exercise, pilates, core, pelvic floor, strength training initally with therabands and bands, Yoga. 

2-3 months after the little baby comes, start slowly introducing running, cycling and any other activity you love, but keep the core work and strength work consistent.

A lot depends also on if you kept your fitness up during pregancy
