I make smoothies with greek yogurt which is high in protein to keep you full longer, i also add some natural nut butter for added protein. I'll add a banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup mango and 8 ounces of Acai juice. The fruit adds fiber to help me stay full and I get alot of nutrients from the juice and the fruit as well. This smoothie keeps me full and energized for hours! You can add whatever fruit you enjoy but still use the Acai juice because it is loaded with Vit.Bs and other nutrients that keep you going.
