Honey is just sugar mostly glucose and fructose, little nutritional benefit. The body would perceive the simple carbohydrates the same. Although it is natural :) I'd say thats your choice, but I wouldn't

Tea + honey is nice! Latte with honey is actually quite awesome too. I'm going to do everything with Honey ... and leave this challenge open for a long long time. :)
