I follow a very basic diet plan which means that I dont need to monitor what I eat too much, I eat three meals a day within 8 hours, loads of meat, vegetables, eggs milk and nuts, protein powder as well.
So for me It's not necessary to measure what I eat, but for some people it might be.
I find it too stressfull if im recording absolutely everything I do, so I only record the important stuff, the big lifts and big runs if I do them.
