Is anyone else struggling with this challenge?

So far I havent managed to get to two litres yet. How do you all do it?

  • I wake up and drink 2 glasses of water.  I drink my cofee and drink 2 glasses of water.  I always drink a glass of luke warm water before I eat because it makes you feel fuller, and you don't want to eat as much.  I like to add lemon to mine too, it at least makes the water taste more interesting, lol.  And I live in thedesert so water is a must!  Good luck!!!

I've found that ALWAYS having a water bottle w/me helps. Right now I'm also experimenting w/different flavors. Some that I've tried: apple cinnamon (just cut up an apple & put a cinnamon stick in a gallon jug w/ice, the apple flavor isn't strong, but you can definitely taste the cinnamon), I've also done lemon/cucumber water (same process as above but put cut up lemon & cucumber in the jug), Today's jug has cut up grapefruit in it, haven't tried it yet because I'm finishing up my other water.

Hi Vincent, I've been trying to do this on and off for almost two weeks now. What I can tell you is that you need to be firm of mind and strong of bladder ;-)

I've had this challenge on my profile for ages and only this week have managed to do it for three days. Helps that I've been doing lots of extra training so do feel more thirsty but also I've started using a two litre water bottle and filling it each morning the just keep chipping away at it at regular intervals all day. However, I can't stop visiting the toilet, not sure how I will manage when back at work as a class teacher! Does make me feel much more energetic and hoping it will prevent the terrible headaches I've been getting after longer runs or gym work where I get really hot.

Just fill a one liter bottle of water, carry it with you all the time, take a few drinks once in a while, you will finish it before you notice, refill and continue, that way i find it easy to keep track.

A few months ago I drank only water for 40 days (kind of a fasting thing) and at first it was super hard and all I wanted to do was grab the first thing I saw that wasn't water and chug it. If you do the math, 2 liters is 4 regular sized water bottles that you get in packs of 50 at the store. I find if you take one with you everywhere you go and then just keep filling it, it's actually quite easier. I hope you are doing well with this challenge!

geezz.. im doing it now runnning 2 weeks already. its so refreshing taking it daily but i cant tell how many times i visit our pee can. :)

I have a 700ml metal bottle that I fill first thing in the morning and drink most of it before my morning exercise.  I fill and drink it after exercise - that is already 1400ml.  Fill it again for lunch and then again for supper.  It helps that I love the look and feel of the bottle so I take it with me where ever I go.

This seems like an impossible challenge to me, so I'm going to give it my best! Lately, I feel extremely dehydrated, congested, tired, irritable, so I really hope that this will aide in these issues...here's to hydration!!!

I'm finding this incredibly difficult too! I have yet to drink the full 2 liters in one day. The most I've been able to drink is 1.5 liters and I already have to pee all the time!
