Logging activity?

Hi guys,

I noticed that one or two users had managed to 'log' activity on the newsfeed in this group, how do I go about doing that myself? Would be handy to keep me motivated every day.

At the top of the challenge page, where you would normally type an update, you can select 'Post Training Data'. Within that, there is a drop-down menu that will allow you to select 'Exercise & Fitness', and then another drop-down menu contains 'crunches'. Enter how many you've done and that's it. Hope this helps.

Just to add, when you add the training data on the challenge page itself the challenge will be linked to that data when you view it from the Training page on your profile. If you just add the data to your homepage, the data will still be there but without the challenge linked.
