oh no! i missed a day!

ok, i think this is a silly question but i really need to know coz it's bugging me! i've been eating fruits everyday for almost 2 weeks but i forgot to eat on one day! so do i have to count day 1 all over again or can i continue counting the very next day after which i forgot to eat?

are you eating high sugar fruits,or low G>I fruits????.....most people do not reralise,tho healthym,fruits contain sugar,and natural sugar does to you the same thing man made sugars do....they spike your insulin and shut down body fat usae as energy....in other words,you hang onto fatĀ  as easily with fruit as you do candy(of course it also depends on the type of fruit to what degree this happens)....missing a day may be a good thing

It's your call. I would start over but just beacuse you should eat fruit everyday. It shouldn't take you that long to complete the challenge.
