It's mostly about what you eat and a little about how you train. Make sure you feed your body enough protein- enough times per day, to keep it burning carbs and fat. Try cutting out carbs in your meals at night. Work hard at your cardio, but don't neglect to continue to lift and engage those muscles. It is a slower process... but it's all about the long term.
