Interesting - never come acroos this, but it may exist. I coach a weekly group Turbo session, that runs on a 6 week programme of progressive intervals, plus a fun session that is based around a series of simulated track drills - but on turbos!
Would you be interested in the session recorded and distributed as a podcast? Would you want voice and music, or just voice? - I must warn you I have a very un-quaint northern English accent :-) Let me know and I'll look into recording the sessions.
