Spinning Workout Audio

I'm looking for spinning workout audio with an instructor voice as well. Recordings of spinning studio workout sessions so to speak. It's time to prepare for indoor riding up here in Minnesota. Thanks.

Interesting - never come acroos this, but it may exist. I coach a weekly group Turbo session, that runs on a 6 week programme of progressive intervals, plus a fun session that is based around a series of simulated track drills - but on turbos!

Would you be interested in the session recorded and distributed as a podcast? Would you want voice and music, or just voice? - I must warn you I have a very un-quaint northern English accent :-) Let me know and I'll look into recording the sessions.

Hello David. Thanks for the answer back. I've done a bit of looking around on the web. There are some things out there. I purchased a couple of albums off iTunes. Stuff is kind of hard to find. Good stuff with a good voice that is mixed well and also has a good workout, only a few.

Podcasts of your workout may be something A LOT of people may be interested in. Voice, Music, Un-Quaint accent. Yes to all. Thanks again.

Ok.. I'll record next Tuesday's session. Will let you know when I get something available in a workable format. Next week is an hour of intervals designed to work the upper end of the intensity spectrum and raise Lactate Threshold.

Cool! Thanks man! Hope it goes well. I'll be looking forward to it. Sounds like a good Anaerobic beat down. Nice! Cheers...
