When posting a time should I include the time for the warmup set? We won't be getting a warmup when the zombies rise up so I would think that shouldn't be part of the final time:)

I believe that the warm up and cool down should be included.

I think you include the first warmup and the last cool down ... you won't warm up and cool down inbetween the 3 rounds.
